Liberia: traveling the roads to justice on Chinese motorbikes

In Liberia the outgoing Chinese ambassador donates 20 motorbikes to the Ministry of Justice. As the explanation goes, the motorbikes will be used by law enforcement officers to deliver justice in the remote parts of the country where cars are unlikely to do the job.

This could look like a small matter but the truth is that such actions could be way more effective than investments in setting up unenforceable rules or massive trainings of professionals who lack the basic tools (or motivation) to do what is expected from them.
